Plate orders have been put on pause temporarily, however there are full and half pans available.

Orders can be placed Sunday- Wednesday, but is only available for pick up the following Saturday 9am-7pm. Only orders placed within the 48 hour time frame will be granted.

We understand circumstances arise and are time consuming, therefore if you are unable to reach the time frame cut off. No worries, we now have the option to expedite your order. To expedite your order, click on "online ordering" then "expedite order" and chose the best classification. We will try our best to accommodate however it is not guaranteed. If the following cannot be fulfilled we will reach out and grant a refund or credit.

Please make payment by your due payment date listed, if you have any concerns please reach out to us for options. Returns/Refunds will not be accepted or disbursed under any circumstance. Deposits: Deposits are made up to one month/one week in advance, example: for events less than a week away will be subjected to pay the amount in full...for events a month in advance or more require 50% down at the time once the quote has been accepted to secure the date (non-refundable under any circumstance), and the second half a week prior. Date changes will/can be honored when notice has been made within two weeks in advance. All deposits/full payments remain non-transferable under any circumstance. Oga Boss Kitchen will not be liable for any defective item once delivered/picked up. We will confirm items upon pick up/ delivery. Please confirm items & quantity on the invoice prior to the date, payment confirms the order.
